5. Estimate Request Forms
Estimate request forms are provided to help Affordable Contracting understand a potential project. Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee a site visit, consultation, showroom appointment, estimate, proposal, price, schedule, or acceptance of the project.
Any information submitted through an estimate request may be preliminary, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change after site review, measurement, demolition, inspection, product selection, code review, permitting review, subcontractor review, supplier pricing, or additional customer information.
Any ballpark figure, preliminary price range, rough budget discussion, or informal response is not a binding price unless confirmed in a written agreement or approved proposal signed or otherwise approved by Affordable Contracting through an authorized representative.
6. Contact Forms and General Inquiries
Contact forms and general inquiries are for communication only. They do not create a customer relationship, project relationship, contract, duty to respond, duty to investigate, duty to visit a property, or duty to provide advice.
If your matter is urgent, time-sensitive, related to safety, related to active damage, related to legal deadlines, related to permits, related to payment, or otherwise critical, you should not rely solely on a website form. You should contact the office directly by phone and, when appropriate, consult qualified professionals.
7. QR-Code and Showroom Visitor Intake
Future QR-code visitor intake forms may help route visitors to the appropriate next step, such as estimate requests, employment inquiries, vendor requests, subcontractor requests, solicitor inquiries, charity requests, portal access, or other categories.
Submitting a QR-code intake request does not guarantee that the visitor will be seen immediately, granted access to staff, granted showroom time, scheduled for a meeting, approved for a visit, permitted to solicit, approved as a vendor, approved as a subcontractor, or allowed to enter non-public areas.
Affordable Contracting reserves the right to control showroom access, office access, staff access, jobsite access, appointment timing, visitor screening, and business interactions.
8. Employment Applications and Career Submissions
Submitting an employment application, resume, career inquiry, or related document does not guarantee review, an interview, a response, continued consideration, a job offer, employment, or any particular position, wage, schedule, benefit, or employment term.
Affordable Contracting may review, retain, verify, reject, archive, delete, or use employment submissions for legitimate hiring, business, legal, recordkeeping, safety, compliance, and employment-related purposes.
Employment decisions may depend on qualifications, experience, references, availability, licensing, background, driving requirements, safety considerations, business needs, staffing needs, work history, legal eligibility, company policies, and other lawful factors.
Additional terms are provided in the Employment Application Disclaimer.
9. Vendor, Manufacturer Representative, and Supplier Requests
Submitting vendor, manufacturer representative, supplier, showroom visit, product information, pricing, warranty, or business-development information does not create vendor approval, preferred status, purchase obligations, showroom access, jobsite access, payment entitlement, or any guarantee of orders or future business.
Affordable Contracting may require additional documentation, insurance, tax forms, product information, pricing, references, scheduling approval, or written agreements before considering any vendor relationship or vendor visit.
10. Subcontractor Requests
Submitting subcontractor information does not create subcontractor approval, preferred status, job assignments, jobsite access, contract rights, payment rights, schedule rights, or any guarantee of work.
Affordable Contracting may require proof of licensing, insurance, workers’ compensation compliance, references, W-9 information, scope pricing, safety information, background information, written subcontract documents, and other qualifications before approving any subcontractor relationship.
Additional terms are provided in the Vendor / Subcontractor Onboarding Disclaimer.
11. Portal Access Requests
Submitting a request for customer, employee, vendor, subcontractor, or other portal access does not guarantee approval, account creation, access level, permissions, project access, file access, communication access, payment access, or continued access.

Affordable Contracting is not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful information submitted by you or by someone acting on your behalf.
13. Uploaded Files, Photos, Plans, Documents, and Attachments
Uploaded files may include photos, project documents, plans, sketches, resumes, insurance cards, licenses, W-9 forms, invoices, receipts, product information, or other materials. Uploading files does not guarantee that the files will be received, reviewed, accepted, relied upon, returned, preserved, or used.
By submitting files, you grant Affordable Contracting permission to view, store, copy, share, use, evaluate, archive, and retain the files for legitimate business purposes, including estimating, project evaluation, hiring, vendor review, subcontractor review, legal protection, quality control, recordkeeping, insurance, collections, dispute resolution, and operational use.
You should keep your own copies of all important files. Affordable Contracting is not responsible for lost, corrupted, incomplete, unreadable, unsupported, deleted, mislabeled, or inaccessible uploads.
14. Sensitive, Confidential, or Regulated Information

This includes bank account numbers, full credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, trade secrets, protected personal information, confidential third-party information, legal communications, or information you do not have the right to share.
If sensitive information is required for employment, vendor, subcontractor, payment, tax, insurance, licensing, or project reasons, Affordable Contracting may direct you to an appropriate submission method or request documentation through a more secure process.
15. Technical Issues, Delivery Failures, and Security Limits
Website forms, email links, upload fields, portals, hosting services, internet connections, devices, browsers, spam filters, third-party tools, and servers may fail, delay, block, delete, misroute, corrupt, or fail to deliver submissions.
Affordable Contracting does not guarantee that every submission will be received, stored, transmitted, reviewed, or responded to. If you do not receive a response and your matter is important, you should contact the office directly by phone.
No website, portal, email, upload, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You submit information at your own risk.
16. How Submissions May Be Used
Affordable Contracting may use submissions for legitimate business, legal, operational, customer service, project, hiring, vendor, subcontractor, quality-control, training, safety, financial, insurance, audit, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Submissions may be shared with company owners, managers, office personnel, designers, project coordinators, foremen, installers, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, inspectors, permitting offices, attorneys, accountants, insurance providers, technology providers, consultants, and other parties when reasonably needed for business or legal purposes.
More information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Affordable Contracting may retain submissions for as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, project, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, employment, vendor, subcontractor, warranty, quality-control, training, collection, audit, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
We may also delete, archive, export, or preserve submissions at our discretion, subject to applicable law and business needs.
