AC Project Hub and any related customer, employee, vendor, subcontractor, or business portal access are intended for company business purposes. Portal records may include messages, tasks, schedules, job details, photos, files, receipts, time entries, purchase records, payment records, change orders, daily logs, punch lists, reports, activity logs, and other business records.
Portal users should not expect company portal communications, files, notes, messages, job records, photos, time entries, purchase entries, receipts, or system activity to be private from the company. Affordable Contracting may monitor, review, preserve, export, use, or disclose portal information for business, safety, operational, legal, training, quality-control, financial, compliance, audit, insurance, collection, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Employment Applications and Employee Information
If you submit an employment application or inquiry, we may collect information such as your name, contact information, work history, experience, references, license information, certifications, availability, skills, resume, application answers, and other information you choose to provide.
We may use applicant information to evaluate qualifications, communicate about opportunities, verify information, conduct screening, keep hiring records, comply with law, protect the company, and manage employment-related decisions. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, response, job offer, continued consideration, or employment.

We may use vendor and subcontractor information to evaluate whether to communicate further, request additional documentation, coordinate authorized visits, evaluate qualifications, obtain pricing, manage materials, manage job-related work, process invoices, maintain records, and protect Affordable Contracting’s legal and financial interests.
Submission of vendor or subcontractor information does not create approval, a preferred-vendor relationship, subcontractor status, a contract, jobsite access, payment entitlement, or any guarantee of work, purchase orders, scheduling, or future business.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, password protection, role-based permissions, secure hosting, limited internal access, employee controls, system monitoring, backup/export procedures, and business record controls.
No website, portal, database, email system, text message, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You submit information at your own risk, and you should avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary and through an appropriate method.
Before the website and portal go live, Affordable Contracting intends to implement appropriate authentication, role-based access, secure Firestore rules, secure Storage rules, audit logging, backup/export workflows, and access restrictions designed for customer, employee, vendor, and subcontractor data.

Project records, communications, photos, estimates, contracts, change orders, invoices, payment records, employee records, vendor/subcontractor records, portal messages, and related documentation may be retained even after a project, application, account, or business relationship ends if retention is necessary or useful for business, legal, financial, warranty, insurance, licensing, or compliance purposes.
