- Employment.
- A particular position, department, jobsite, foreman, schedule, pay rate, benefit, or work assignment.
- Any future promotion, transfer, raise, bonus, overtime opportunity, or continued work.
Affordable Contracting may accept, reject, review, ignore, archive, delete, or retain applications at its discretion and for lawful business reasons.
4. At-Will Employment Notice
Unless a separate written agreement signed by an authorized company representative states otherwise, employment with Affordable Contracting is intended to be at-will to the fullest extent permitted by law.
At-will employment means that either the employee or Affordable Contracting may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to applicable law.
No website content, application form, interview statement, employee handbook, policy, job posting, text message, email, supervisor statement, or oral statement creates an employment contract or changes at-will status unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by an authorized company representative.

This includes information about identity, contact information, work history, education, licenses, certifications, driving qualifications, tools, skills, availability, references, criminal history where lawfully requested, and any other application information.
False, misleading, omitted, incomplete, exaggerated, altered, or fraudulent information may result in rejection, withdrawal of an offer, termination of employment, denial of rehire, discipline, or other lawful action.
If employment begins and Affordable Contracting later determines that application information was false, misleading, incomplete, or omitted, the company may take action up to and including termination, subject to applicable law.
7. Screening, Verification, and Eligibility
